As a small business, we at LuluOro do our best to provide a smooth and thoughtful customer experience from the moment you place your order until it reaches you.

We currently ship from Riyadh across the GCC. Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional charges depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations & Modifications

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

If you would like to return an item after receiving your order, you may submit a return request in line with our return policy. Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Insurance & Delivery Responsibility

LuluOro is responsible for your order until it has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Once the package has been delivered, responsibility for the order passes to you, or to the recipient if the order was purchased as a gift.
