How can I place an order?
Select the product(s) you'd like by clicking “Add to cart.” You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. At checkout, fill in your contact and shipping details, choose your preferred delivery method, and enter your payment information. You now have the option to split your payment with Tabby at checkout. Confirm your billing address and place your order.
Why can’t I add certain products to my shopping cart?
If you’re unable to add a product to your cart, it means the item is sold out. Feel free to email us at hello@luluoro.com, we’ll put you on the waitlist and let you know when it’s back in stock.
How do I know if my order has been received and is being processed?
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, confirming that we’ve received it and are processing it.
Where do you ship to and how long does it take?
We currently ship from Bahrain within GCC, as well as USA. Standard delivery times in Bahrain are 1-2 business days. GCC: 2-4 business days.
Please note there may be additional custom charges or taxes at delivery depending on the country you order from - we do not cover those costs.
Do you have a store?
We are currently based online only. You can find our collection at these concept stores (check Find Us At). Sometimes we have pop-ups and participate in events - follow us on Instagram and sign up to Insiders Club to be notified.
What materials does your jewelry consist of?
Most of our jewelry is made from precious 925 sterling silver and plated with a thick layer of solid 18ct gold or precious rhodium depending on the color variant. Some of our statement pieces are crafted from brass and plated in solid 18ct gold. We use natural gemstones to add color and unique character to our designs. You can find the specific materials listed in the product descriptions.
Are your jewelry pieces nickel-free?
Yes, all our items are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
We recommend cleaning your jewelry with a soft cloth when needed and avoiding any harsh chemicals. Jewelry is delicate by nature, avoid bending it to prevent damage and oxidation. Keep it away from oils, lotions, and perfumes. For full care instructions, please refer to our Materials & Care page.
Can I shower with my jewelry?
The general recommendation for non-solid gold jewelry is to avoid water. We particularly advise against showering with gold-plated jewelry, as water can gradually wear off the gold layer. That said, many of our customers have shared positive feedback about our jewelry's quality and longevity, even when occasionally worn in the shower.
How long does gold-plated jewelry last?
The lifespan of gold-plated jewelry varies depending on wear and care. To maintain its beauty, avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals. Always remove your jewelry before showering or washing hands, and store it carefully—wrapped in cotton or paper, in a dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Please keep in mind that all plated finishes naturally wear over time.
Do you offer gold pieces?
We don't currently offer solid gold pieces, but we plan to introduce them soon. Sign up to our Insiders Club to be the first to know!
Do you offer custom pieces?
As a young brand with a small team, we're currently unable to offer custom pieces. Thank you for your understanding and continued support
