Refund policy

We have a 3-day return and 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return and 7 days to request an exchange. 

Items Ineligible for Returns:

  • Earrings, customized items, sale items, or gift cards are final sale

Items Eligible for Returns:

  • If you receive an incorrect item, kindly contact us via email with order ID and the subject line: "Incorrect Item Received"
  • In the event that you think the item you receive is defective, please reach out to us via email with order ID and the subject line: "Defective Item Received"
  • Non-piercing items may be returned within 3 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and any applicable custom fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is incorrect or defective. 

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover payment processing, inspection, repackaging, and handling costs. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
